Our story

A different kind of Dubai brokerage.

When Al Ranim Properties began operations, we wanted to offer Dubai real estate buyers and investors a calmer, more independent desk. We wanted to move away from the push to sell properties and provide more measured advice. Many real estate agents are trying to land 50 deals at once; we would rather be the consultants who actually know the floor plans.

Today, Al Ranim Properties includes specialists who can assist you with off-plan purchases, secondary sales, leasing and investment advice. We work with all of the leading developers in Dubai, including Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha Realty, Nakheel, Aldar, Meraas, Azizi Developments, Ellington and Iman Developers. We remain independent of all developers with whom we work.

Our clients come from various backgrounds, including Indian, Emirati, Dutch and Russian, and from each of the UAE's investor segments.

Dhananjay Arora founded Al Ranim Properties to offer a calmer alternative to the typical Dubai real estate brokerage. His decade of experience in the UAE real estate market, his relationships with real estate developers and his portfolio of Indian, Emirati, Dutch and Russian investors demonstrate the company's commitment to sound real estate advice.
