What is the procedure of selling property in Dubai?

Hire an expert broker to value and market your property and sign a Form A agreement. Once offers are received from prospective buyers, you will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (Form F) with the buyer. Finally, the NOC and ownership of the property will be transferred at the Dubai Land Department trustee office.

Is it possible to sell a mortgaged property in Dubai?

Yes. Once the sale agreement has been established between the buyer and seller of the property in Dubai, the owner will sign a Form A agreement with the broker. The broker will market the property. Once the buyer and seller have agreed to the terms of the sale, the buyer and seller will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (Form F). Then, a liability letter will be obtained from the bank that approved the Dubai mortgage for the property, as will the NOC from the developer of the property. The mortgage will be cleared from the property by either the buyer or their bank within 7 to 10 working days.
