Once we have offers on your property, we will negotiate with the buyer, sign a Memorandum of Understanding (Form F) and manage the NOC and Dubai Land Department paperwork through to title transfer.

Once offers are received from prospective buyers, you will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (Form F) with the buyer. Finally, the NOC and ownership of the property will be transferred at the Dubai Land Department trustee office.
