The newest tower to be launched at Chelsea Residences by DAMAC in Dubai Maritime City is Tower C. This new tower will feature 357 one-bedroom units, each ranging in size from 771 to 1,009 sqft and start at a price of AED 2,548,000. However, there will also be a few larger units within this tower, including a two-bedroom unit that is 1,158 sqft in size and a three-bedroom unit that is 2,855 sqft in size. The construction of this residential development is anticipated to be complete on 30 June 2030.
The units within this new residential development will be purchased through the 60/40 payment plan. This plan allows buyers to pay 5% of the unit's cost up front, 10% of the unit's cost at the first month's payment, and 5% of the unit cost at the third month's payment. At this initial period, 20% of the unit's cost will have been paid for by the purchaser. The remainder of the unit's cost will be paid for in additional instalments over the construction period of the Chelsea Residences, with 40% of the cost of the apartment to be paid at the time that the apartment is completed. Additionally, 4% will be paid to the Dubai Land Department upon the initial deposit for the apartment.
