Serenia District West is a 48-floor apartment tower by Palma Holding at Jumeirah Islands on the western side of New Dubai. Serenia District West is one of the tallest buildings in the area. Its upper floors enjoy views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and the Gulf.
Jumeirah Islands is a more mature development, having been running for over fifteen years. The area features various villas around lakes, schools, the Jumeirah Islands Pavilion and the Mall of the Emirates, which is around 10 minutes from the community. Sheikh Zayed Road is around 20 minutes from Jumeirah Islands via Al Yalayis Road.
The apartments within the project feature premium finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows. Views from the apartments showcase the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, lakes and sea. The higher the floors, the higher the unit cost.
The amenities for Serenia District West are located on the podium and sky-deck levels of the building. These include swimming pools, fitness and wellness centers and lounges for residents. These amenities are not available in the surrounding villa community.
Under the payment plan for the project, 10 percent of the purchase price is required upfront on booking the apartments. An additional 50 percent of the cost is required during the construction of the apartments and the remaining 40 percent is required upon delivery of the apartments.
