Overview
What is Jumeirah Village Circle like?
Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a master-planned community located next to Al Barsha South. It was planned by Nakheel with a circular layout containing mid-rise residential blocks on the perimeter roads and townhouses and villas on the internal roads. The community covers approximately 560 hectares.
JVC is located between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Hessa Street and Al Khail Road. This provides quick access to Dubai Marina, the Mall of the Emirates and Al Barsha. Prices and rents for JVC are cheaper compared to the beachside communities.
JVC is freehold and foreign investors are allowed. There is both a high level of sales and rentals in JVC in Dubai. The variety of house types, ranging from studios to 4 bedroom villas, the large amount of parks available and the convenient shopping at Circle Mall are a few of the factors that attract people to JVC.
JVC is still a developing community with many new towers being completed constantly. There is also no metro station in JVC. During peak hours traffic exits from JVC also pose an issue. Below we will go over the pros and cons of JVC and will help determine whether the community is suitable for your lifestyle.
