How do I cancel Form A on the Dubai REST app?

Form A, or Contract A, is the contract which enables the broker to market your property. You may cancel your contract via the official method on the Dubai REST app provided by the Dubai Land Department. From within the app, go to Services, select Find Broker Contract, input the contract number and the mobile number associated to the contract and then input the one-off code. You will then be able to view your contract and select Cancel.

It can also be cancelled via the Contracts menu within the Dubai Brokers app by the broker. However, the menu within the app does vary over time. If the menu does not show an option, please use Find Broker Contract and input your contract number.

There is no published information regarding a cancellation period or fee. Please refer to the end date and contract terms within your own Form A. After cancellation you are then free to enter into a new Form A with a different agency.
