Danube’s Aspirz development is a mixed-use tower located in Dubai Sports City and features a residential building that goes from the 17th floor to the 40th floor. Aspirz stands out from other buildings in this area due to its height and the fact that most buildings in Dubai Sports City are of a mid-rise residential development. The upper floors of Aspirz offer residents stunning views of the area without any issues caused by high construction of other buildings in the Sports City area.

Aspirz will be handed over in Q4 2028. According to Danube, the construction timelines for other residential towers in their developments have been met within 20% of the published timelines. Therefore, the projected delivery date for Aspirz is realistic.
The standard payment plan for Danube residences is a 60/40 plan. 20% of the purchase price is required upon booking of the unit while 40% of the cost is required at two stages during the construction of the apartment with the remaining 40% of the cost required at the time of handover of the apartment to the owner.
