Sparklz reads a lot like a commuter play. Al Furjan’s rental market caters to the working population along Sheikh Zayed Road, and furnished one-bedrooms in the district are renting for six and a half to seven and a half percent net. Sparklz has a mix of properties available for rent. Unlike the studio-heavy towers Danube is known for, over half of Sparklz consists of two and three-bedroom units. The DLD has published 31 May 2028 as the completion date for Sparklz. The build is currently under four percent complete. Therefore, the prices listed for Sparklz are for the launch of the development. It could be worthwhile for individuals who are interested in the long-term rental of family units.
