The Richmond District is the first masterplan in Al Furjan to be fully integrated. It features five residential buildings and one office tower built by Mira Developments. All the apartments in this development are fully furnished by John Richmond to give them a fashion house aesthetic. The apartments offer studios, one and two bedroom apartments starting from AED 913,000.
The location of the Richmond District is among the most practical properties in Al Furjan. It is located right next to Discovery Gardens Metro Station. Bluewaters is eight minutes away while Palm Jumeirah is around ten minutes away from the apartment. Furthermore, Downtown Dubai is around eighteen minutes from the apartments.
The podium features three resort-style pools, a decorative waterfall and water features, a padel court, a yoga zone, an outdoor fitness area and a modern gym. There are also cafes and restaurants located on the podium. Residents of the apartments will enjoy five-star hotel services including valet parking, concierge services, cleaning and room service.
The developer, Mira Developments, offers Mira Care, a five-year maintenance agreement for the buildings' systems. This is the first such agreement in the UAE.
