About this project
BNW Developments has developed a residential project in Al Jaddaf under the Ramada Residences brand in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. This is one of the first new residential projects in Dubai under the Wyndham Hotel Group, as the other luxury hotel brands have partnered with companies like Hilton and Marriott. The project consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments in Al Jaddaf within the concept of the Architecture of Belonging by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Unlike other areas in Dubai, Al Jaddaf has great connectivity to the other parts of the city. Al Jaddaf is located across from Downtown Dubai, Festival City is to the north of the area, and the Healthcare City clusters are within walking distance. Al Jaddaf is connected to the metro system via the Green Line as well as directly to Sheikh Rashid Road, which takes residents to the heart of Dubai in approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Al Jaddaf has matured into a residential and business mixed-use area that is a short distance from the centre of the city yet remains quieter than the central area.
The interiors of the apartments are in accordance with the specifications of the Wyndham brand and the Architecture of Belonging concept. Residential properties developed by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts offer concierge services, housekeeping services, access to F&B facilities of the resort hotels, and the added benefits of the hospitality brand, and these branded hotel apartments are available for sale to investors and end users. Since the Ramada brand is more accessible in the hospitality industry compared to brands such as Marriott or Hilton, the apartments will be more accessible in price for buyers.
BNW Developments has established a typical payment plan for its developments. The construction of Ramada Residences will be completed by 2026.
