About this project
Sobha Solis is Sobha's largest residential community in Dubai Motor City, built on an 11.75-acre plot adjacent to Sobha Orbis. The community comprises four crescent-shaped towers of between 28 and 46 floors, with 766 units in Tower A and 1,550 in the remaining towers — over 2,300 homes in total. As with the other developments in Dubai Motor City, the area was master-planned around the Dubai Autodrome with residential plots considerably less dense than the rest of Dubai. Sobha Solis is set within walking distance of the rest of the district and the Dubai Miracle Garden. Units within the community have the same specifications as the developer's other developments, with floor-to-ceiling windows, luxury finishes, and a soft colour palette throughout. The 1.5-bedroom layouts make the development accessible for solo buyers and young couples. Units start from AED 1.07 million on a 20/40/40 payment plan with one, two, and three-bedroom apartments available. The yield for one-bedroom apartments in Motor City is between 7 and 8 percent when furnished. The project is registered with the Dubai Land Department and under construction, with completion set for the end of 2028.
