The DLD holds project 4117 for this development, with a completion date of 29 September 2029, with an inspection of 0.24 percent, meaning that this is still at the ground-floor stage for construction. One-bedroom units start at around AED 1.06 million, two-bedroom units start at AED 1.51 million, three-bedroom units start at AED 2.83 million, and three-bedroom townhouses start at AED 5.07 million.
As with all new developments, the initial launches will be the lowest in price for the project. All following launches will list units at higher prices. This is the main reason that many individuals follow the launch of developments like this. Most homes face the fairways of the Golf Hills course, and offer deeper balconies.
