Golf Hills 2 is Emaar's second golf-side off-plan phase to open within Emaar South, with the first of the two phases having already broken ground the last year. The developments will feature one, two, and three-bed apartments with floorplates that focus on indoor-outdoor living and the green views that the championship golf course offers.
Benefiting from the expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport, which is currently underway on the eastern side of Emaar South, the area will become the commercial gateway of Dubai along with Expo City once the expansion is complete.
