Arjan is the part of Dubailand that already works. Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden are next door; supermarkets and clinics are nearby. The demand for rentals within the community is from Dubai Sports City, Studio City, and the inland workers in Dubai. Downtown Dubai is 20 to 25 minutes away from Arjan so this is the trade that the project makes for the entry price.
The building has several amenities on site for residents to enjoy. These include a hammock garden, an outdoor cinema area, party lounges, yoga pavilions, indoor and outdoor gyms, steam and sauna rooms, and separate pools for adults and children.
